Warranty Policy

  1. Warranty cases:
    – The product is within the warranty period
    – The product is warranted according to the supplier’s regulations
    – You present the warranty card when performing warranty.
  2. Cases not covered by warranty:
    – The product has exceeded the expiration date stated on the Warranty Card or lost the Warranty Card.
    – Warranty card does not clearly state the product code and date of purchase.
    – Product code and Warranty Card do not match or cannot be determined for any reason.
    – The product is scratched due to long-term use
    – The product is dented or deformed due to impact
    – Customers arbitrarily interfere with the product’s machine or take it somewhere else for repair.
  3. Conditions for return or 100% refund:
    – The product is found to have a manufacturer defect upon receipt.
    – The product is not the same as the product you ordered on our website.
    – Customers need to return the goods within 7 working days from the time you receive the goods.
    – Returned products must have the original label, box, and packaging of the product intact as when you initially received the product
